Refund policy
I offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact me at support@ares1krr.com using the subject "refund"
Upon accepting your return request, I will first send you a return shipping label with the return address. Any Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact support@ares1krr.com immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
In the event you were sent the wrong item, return the item(s) you received with the provided shipping label acquired after contacting support@ares1krr.com. Once the return is received, you will be refunded and you may purchase again.
Refunds
I will notify you and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
