Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 2-5 business days
- Express Shipping: 1-2 business days
Domestic Shipping (U.S.) Shipping is offered to all 50 U.S. states. Orders over $20 qualify for free standard shipping.
International Shipping Currently no shipping internationally.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Damaged Packages We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@ares1krr.com with photos of the damage.
Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
